Answers: i have been doing it for a year and a half and im addicted

There is this GREAT stuff called Baccoff. It is tobacco less chew! basically, you ween yourself off by chewing this until your cravings for nicotine are gone, THEN you can start chewing gum and all that. Quitting cold turkey is possible, but really hard. My husband had a bad mood for 2 weeks when trying to do it cold turkey. The baccoff stuff will help by giving you an oral fixation without the chemicals. It just has tea and other natural ingredients. You can find it in specialty cigar and tobacco shops (the places that sell fancy cigars and cigarettes). Check it out at http://www.baccoff.com/

chew gum

sunflower seeds

umm throw it away and get some of those nicotine things..... the patch

just quit
my uncle did it by eating sunflower seed
or drink green
or llike the other chick said chewing gum tea

Realize that it's a disgusting habit. Haha... just kidding. I'm a total hypocrit 'cause I smoke. But seriously, how can you chew that ****? Blah. I would just try chewing something else (sexual inuendo not intended.) I wish I could give better advice but all I'd say is chew gum or drink water every time you think about it!

my friend used trident the gum, he put it in his lip and spit. you can try it.

what's skoal, is it something worth trying?
sounds like it must be enjoyable if you haven't got the will to stop.

visit a local clinic. if you dont quit now there alot of bad side effects... there is specialized gum which can slowly get you off it, but you have to be willing to tell a doctor of some sort to have it prescribed. tell anyone(obviously someone that's not also chewing it) and they'll help you out. God bless:]

Try not putting it in your mouth for starters.

idk but i like it when i see a cowboy wearin tight wranglers and hes got the faded circle on his back pocket from always having his skoal cna in his back pocket

nicorette gum and the patch

chew on some "Big League "
