yes. and having such condition really tells you ... you are not having the correct form...
when you perform exercises .. your muscles will get sore... but your back should not be crying out different problems...
check first with a sports doctor if you do have serious problems that you had not noticed before and was just aggravated by working out...
otherwise... this is my advice: reduce the weights for now... but continue to work out.. especially for backs and if you are doing squats...
continuously increase the weights as you go on... and if there are no more back aches... and make sure that you do these exercises with the proper form then...
try google or youtube ... and look for the name of the exercises that you are doing...
