What exercise should i do? how many reps?!


Question: I need to lose this weight. im 5'1 189 pounds, and want to get this fat off, especially the man boobs. so what is the best exercise for me to do, Ive been doing 30 pushups a day, not counting the 25 we have to do at school, and 30 situps, not counting the 25 at school. what are good exercises to do and how many of them should i do? any answers are fine, but could i please get helpful answers. BTW yeah i am eating 3 regular meals a day, no junk food, i eat vegetables, etc. only soda i drink is gatorade, but i mostly drink water.
