workout try to bike like every morning and relax it worlks or lay off the fat foods!
Well, I'm a dude, but I know that cardio is the BEST way to lose weight. Things like running, playing basketball...just doing anything strenuous and that makes you sweat a lot. That isn't weight-lifting, tho. Just anything that gets you moving around. I've been taking Krav Maga for about 2 months and have noticed some results already.

weight watchers is great...but I think if you're under 18 you'll have to have a dr's note...but check with your local meeting for sure..or at www.weightwatchers.com You'll learn how to eat a proper diet. I lost 25 pounds and kept it off for 3 years now.
