Wow, that question sure upset people, and no one has even answered it yet. On the assumption that it is an honest question, and that the measurements are correct (9.5 inches is not THAT long, and 6.5 inches AROUND is not that big in girth, people) I will proceed. A normal condom will fit your penis if it is that big. They stretch quite a bit. If you feel the need you can buy Magnum XL by Trojan which are larger but they may be too large.
