Are my legs weak or is this normal?!


Question: okay so today i had fitness day #2 this week in P.E

Fitness day is a day where we do stations and do diffrent exercises in each station.

Anyways when i was at the station where we had to do wall sits
my legs where trembling they were like vibrating lol
i can't keep the wall sit position for long

then i had to do push up and i couldn't cause my knees just dropped they start to shake like crazy.

So are my knees, legs weak or something cause its annoying this happens to me all the time.

and yes our class did stretch before starting
but i am out of shape im kind of overweight =[


how can i fix this problem?

no every1 shakes, liek even when somethings easy for me(like wall sits, i had to do them every day for 5 minutes straight for football) it was easy during the first minute, and my legs shook right away, its normal i think
