Sounds like pearly penile papules. Nothing to worry about. They are completely normal.
It can be nothing, but it can be serious. You cannot afford to lose your penis, see a doctor NOW!
It could be gential warts...I believe they stay small...it it is, there is no complete cure for them!
See a doctor now, go to your local free Clinic for a check up. It could save you lots of trouble down the line.
oh !! dun listen to them, its normal , are u circumcise?, if u are than its normal.
Probably pearly penile papules if you google them or look up their Wikipedia entry you will see a picture to compare to. They are common and harmless so don't stress.
