I have a rash on my penis, what could it be?!
Question: I don't think it is an std, and i know it isnt herpes because i've seen that before. It started out looking like dry flaky skin, then turned to tiny red spots. they do not itch, burn, or have puss in them. i have them in no other places than on my penis, not on the head, but below it on the shaft. it doesnt burn when i urinate and there has been no discharge. can anyone help?

may be a simple sensitivity to a fabric or a soap. for the next two weeks don't wear underwear. also when taking yoru morning shower simply give the penis and testicles a good rinsing without soap. if that clear it up then you can try different underwear and soaps to determine the culprits.

If you've practiced safe sex I wouldn't worry about STD. It could be an aleergic reaction to products that you are presently using. Go see a specialist if it persists after 48 hours.
