What is a good exercize to get rid of man boobs?!


Question: hey celeb it`s not that hard to get rid of man boobs if you try... 1st off, eat right, eat less fat and sugers. exercise, try taking up running.

now i find a good way to tone your chest up is butterflys, easyest way is on a butter fly machine but if you don`t have access to one... try laying on your couch and take a dumb bell with enough wieght on it so you can feel you muscles working but not to the point of OMG it hurts.

so lay on your couch on your back while holding the dumb bell with your arm stright out from the couch lift the weight up till it`s over your chest with your arm still straight then back down, do this about 6-10 times per set per arm, once you do 6-10 with the one arm switch to the other arm, do them slowly too, the faster you go the easyer it is, and thats not good, you wont be workin your muscles as hard. but DO NO OVER DO IT ok, you don`t want to rip a muscle it`s not fun trust me.

at 1st do 2 sets of 6-10 times per arm, as you get stronger do more reps and sets. good luck on your quest for a hot body, remember hard work will pay off.

oh and you WILL have a sore chest probly the 1st week of doing this, if you have to skip a day between workouts thats ok.

there really isn't a whole lot you can do. it's a very hard thing to get rid of. the best option is probably surgery.

Breastfeeding works wonders.

i have been doing butterflies on the bowflex and it is working wonders.
benchpressing and push-ups are extremely good for that also.

push ups and a good diet.

(push ups work out your pecs... the farther apart and lower you go the better the intensity on your pecs)

or you can buy "the perfect pushup" like my dad did.... he never uses it.
