Weightlifting Problem?!


Question: I have been lifting weights for several years i consider myself pretty knowledgeable about the subject. But lately it seems that after i lift i feel really run down and tired and i have felt like i am gonna puke a few times. I work out in the middle of he day and it really kills my ability to go to class and do homework because i am so beat. Does anyone have any suggestions???

take a break, thats when your muscles really get stronger is the days off. Take a break, take a nice nap, watch tv. Just relax, Sounds like your stressing your body out too much, also if your lifting everyday, then I would suggest taking it to 2 or 3 times a week. Every day is just not nessecary... Also drink whey protein before and after working out to get stronger, works for me and I dont work out everyday. the protein will replace the torn muscle fibers thus building muscle
