Why do you wet the bed when you drink too much?!

Question: Every drinker has at some point drank too much and woken up to realise he has solied himself. Why 99 times out of hundred you'll wake up and get to the toilet and the other you urinate the bed? It's a serious question, a hangover is bad enough, but a hangover when you've been sleeping in your own urine is another situation all together.

Nocturnal enuresis as a result of alcohol ingestion will only occur at extreme levels of alcohol intake. Levels in fact sufficient to border on alcohol poisoning, where rather than sleeping the patient ( victim?) is basically in an alcoholic coma!

cause it runs right through you

I have never wet the bed since I was 5. I'm 13 now and every night I have a glass of apple juice, although I always need to get up as soon as I wake up coz I need to go to the toilet.

I have never wet the bed. But I have pissed on the floor at the end of the bed, in the wardrobe & for some reason I went in the sink my girlfriend at the time told me.

I know its disgusting but you only live life once. make the most of it!.

Seanturn ignor ricardo.

to seanturn... you are an idiot..he means alcohol........as for me i have drank a hell of a lot many times and never wet the bed..but i have known friends who do it...i suppose it's just the alcohol loosens your bodily control..you have less balance, less control of your inhibitions..the years of instinct learnt that stops you from bed wetting collapse under the alcohol and coupled with the huge amount of liquid in your bladder causes your bladder to leak out

I really have never heard of this, actually. I will say that if you are consuming an unusually excessive amount of any liquid and have a problem with bladder control, wetting the bed is certainly a possibility. If alcohol is what causes the problem for you you think, my advice is to simply not drink at all and have a nonalcoholic beverage instead.

I don't...

Why on earth do you think 'every drinker' has at some point wet the bed? I never have. Perhaps you should avoid drinking too much if this is the effect it has on you, otherwise you may find that you're not invited to too many house parties.

Because like your brain, your bladder has NO SENSE.

because you bladder can not hold anymore

i had a dream i was on the loo once, not nice i can tell you
