How can I get my chest looking better?!

Question: I don't have man boobs but they do kind of stick out. If I workout a lot and do a lot of sit ups and push ups, will it help define them and make them a little less noticeable?

Sit ups probably won't be of much help to your chest; but for chest work-outs I find "Incline Dumbbell Flyes" to be effective.

For this exercise you use a dumbbell in each hand.

*Position yourself on a free standing incline bench, that is if you have one. Lay down on it with your back flat down on the bench. I think it's important to keep your smaller (lower back) as flat as you can throughout the workout.

*Okay now have someone hand you your two dumbbells, one for each hand.

*Grip each dumbbell with your palms facing inward toward one another. When you begin you should have your arms stretched out wide to your sides with your elbows slightly bent and your palms facing inward, toward one another.

*When you lift the dumbbells up together, visualize hugging a giant tree trunk.

*When the dumbbells are above and together, really squeeze your pecs together for the count of 1.

*Then when you return to the starting position, be sure to lower the dumbbells slowly and smoothly.

*Repeat this movement for as many repetitions as you can until you can't lift any longer. Be consistant and work your pecs every other day.

Hope this helps!

What do you think?

Most definitely! But the best way is to do aerobic excercise do some running, and that will get you in total shape. I found that when it happened to me all i had to do was go to the gym. When i went i did three different kind of chest work outs and now its solid muscle. Find a gym or run.

If you're a teenager, This is completely normal and will go away.

Do dips they tone the chest muscles.
