Question: hi im 19 now and i used to mastrubate daily once when i was 17 but now i have reduced it to once in a month but i can feel now tat my hands shiver. . must i consult a doctor or it will become ok if i stop mastrubating from now?

Oh, you can continue to masterbate, as often as you want. The hand shiver is likely from the feeling of intensity with which you do this. Perhaps, you are just a guy who gets nervous at certain times--like what you do with your hands. Monitor things you do with your hands. Eventually, it will go away.

I suggest to see a doctor...Or try masturbation first see if it helps...Better see a doc though.. Good luck ;)
