I presume you mean pubic hair (everyone - completely normal) acne (sometimes - always normal), and the size of your balls and dick (always - completely normal). If you mean anything else -- like open sores or tumors -- then not normal, go talk to a doctor. However, I suspect that it is hair and normal growth that you are experiencing.
