Although you are doing the chest exercises and the work yes it is true that you are gaining muscle mass but to actually see what your working out is doing you have to lose more body fat and in order to do that you have to do cardiovascular exercises but its going to take some time but just keep working hard and ull see a difference

stretch your arms out to your sides, turn arms so that thumbs are sticking out, keeping arms lifted, try to touch thumbs behind your back for 100 counts, you will lose about 1-2 bra sizes in less than a month.

Whats your body fat perecntage? Besides working the pecs, you need to loose the fat over them. Could be they look bigger in fact due to the muscles underneath pushing the fat out further. you should also see a doctor to rule out the presence of actual breast tissue. Be patient, it will happen.

you must eat alot of protien as well as do many chest exercises. ie pushups, bench press, ....

Mabye they aren't moobs mabye they're simply defined pectorals.
