Go to your local vitamin store (mine is gnc) and get some whey protein powder, and just follow the directions on how to mix it with water or milk!. With this it helps you grow muscle faster and safely, because it is not like a anabolic steroid!. you can do a body mass work out which is lifting heavy weights with 5-8 repetitions, usually any more than 10 reps you start to tone muscles and they don't really grow, but if you are just starting out at the gym it is a good idea for the first couple of weeks to mainly lift dumbbells because you want to get both sides of your body equal, so few good work outs would be doing some Dumbbell presses(works your triceps and pectorals), preacher curls( works your biceps) and always work your abs and also do some shoulder presses!. With those you can pretty much work your whole upper body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
