Is working out while your young and still growing bad for you?!

Question: Is working out while your young and still growing bad for you!?
I'm 15 and still growing, I'm not that far in puberty, I actually just started around 6 months ago!. Is it bad for me to work out on my abs and pectorals (chest)!? Can this be bad for you!? I want to tone my body, but I'm not so tall so I want to become taller!. Can working out hinder or stop my growth!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It is not necessarily bad but can be!. If you are 14 or under which you aren't, it could have the potential of harming growth ligaments!. Also, if you do things that involve you pushing your legs out (similar to squats only with weights), and it is too heavy!.!.!.you can rupture a growth plate and make it to where you will not grow any more!. Just don't over do it!. It is fine though if you know what you are doing!.

Nope!. Exercise is good as long as you balance it with what you eat, like don't under eat and over work yourself!. As long as you're well balanced it won't cause any adverse effects!. When you stop growing you stop growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
