Question: Weight problem || wtf is wrong with me!?
im trying to lose more weight but it doesnt work right now im 202 pounds and im 5'7 ( 17 year old guy)
i tried diet pills,different diets etc !.!.!.

i cant go ot gym cause i get tired really fast


for the past 2 weeks i didnt eat a lot ( i can go for days without eating ) i didnt eat for like 2,3 days and i didnt feel hungry all i need is a cup of coffee for the whole day

now im getting worried about it

its been like 2 days since i didnt eat anything ( maybe an apple or some seedless grapes )

what can be wrong with me !?!?!?


at first i thoguh that i have an eating dissorder ( but its more of a girly problem ) but who knows



i was 260 so i lost a lot of weight

i jut have enough of hearing what other have ot say about how i look

i dont feel sick , i like the way i look and i dont think im fat ( im big boned)
that just my idea

I'm hoping you've already seen a dietitian, and there ARE prescription drugs that can help reduce appetite (but boy do the side effects suck)!. But even so there are things you should remember: Try to steer clear of overly sugary foods and overly fatty foods!. Start your meals with a big glass of water and try to include foods that bulk up with that water to make you feel more full!. Try to eat your meals socially with other people, and don't be afraid to let them know you are trying to lose weight!.

You do have to exercise though, and while there is no way around it there are things you can do in your own home!. If you go to the gym there is pressure to keep up the pace, if you start at home you can go at your own pace with no pressure!. And you don't need massive amounts of equipment, you could start with just a "balance ball", it sounds girlie but they are cheap and effective!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to eat!. By not eating, you are hurting yourself by making you metabolism go into starvation mode! This means that you metabolism slows down to accomodate for the loss of food!. The faster the metabolism, the more calories you burn!. Opt for 2,000 calories a day!. Also, it is very possible that you have an eating dissorder!. Anorexia is definitely not just a "girl thing" You'd be shocked by how many guys have eating dissorders to lose weight for sports like wrestling or are workout- aholics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't not eat! That's starving yourself! Don't bother with diet pills there pointless!. Just eat healither and work out!. And you said you were big boned so don't worry about it to much!. If you are fine with the way you look your fine!. If you want to lose weight to be healthier then go ahead and do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be bringing allot of serious health issues on if you stop eating!.!. You need to force yourself to eat!.!. Dont eat anything high in fat!.!. no red meat!.!.!. lots of vegies!.!.!. Please eat something!.!. your making me hungry!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating disorders are not only a girly thing!. They do happen to men too, but are less publicised!. However I don't think you have an eating disorder!. What happens is that you have lost some weight, and have reached a weight to which your body was used to some time ago!. It happens to many people during weight loss!. So be patient and get a good diet and exercise plan!.
No eating anything for 3 days is NOT a good diet, and it could be part of your problem!. Your body feels it's not being fed, so it tries to keep as much fat stored as it can to be able to go on for a longer time without food!.
See a doctor or a nutritionist to get the right diet for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
