Why do we have pubic hair?!
Question: Why do we have pubic hair!?
is there any reason!? or just 2 make us look weird!? like, seriously, why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
to keep infections and stuff out!.!.!. thats the same reason we have nose hair, ear hair and eyelashes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hair is part of the immune systems physical defences against infection in orifices that are open to invasion by foreign and potentially harmful substances!. Like hairs in the nose, pubic hair is designed to catch and prevent things like dirt etc!. from entering the body!. Things that makes it into the body are then dealt with by mucus (vaginal, or that found in the nose, or throat etc!.) and subsequently by antigens if they penetrate far enough into the immune system's defences!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The changes one goes through during puberty signal the coming of adulthood, when a person becomes reproductive (able to have babies)!. Nature lets us know when someone is physically ready by showing us these signs!. Now, that doesn't mean that we're really ready to have babies emotionally or maturely, but we're able to physically have babies!. Now, why do we have pubic hair!? There are a couple of reasons: Pubic hair is like a billboard that nature places on our bodies that signals "hey! look over here!" to others with whom we're intimate with!. Also, all our hair (no matter where) helps to protect certain parts of our body, regulate body temperature, and/or catch our natural "scent" (called pheromones) that is produced in our sweat to attract others (of course, this "scent" can also repel others if we don't shower often enough!)!. General body hair, like on our limbs and chest, is probably just a natural leftover from our prehistoric ancestors who were hairy all over to keep them warm, and kep bugs away!. Also, Pubic hair serves to trap pheromones; it might also serve as an important visual cue, giving information on the sexual maturity status of a potential partner, as well as focusing attention on erogenous zones - kind of like the baboon's bright red bum!. I've also heard that it can be a cushion to protect against all the bumping and grinding that can occur in these regions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's primary purpose is to trap pheremones!. This emits an odour which sexually attracts and increases arousal in potential mates!.
It signals that a person has entered sexual maturityand is a valid partner!.
In men it can trap air and therefore help regulate the temperature of the testicles, which is obviously important for men!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there is a purpose for it!. first, compare it to eyebrows/eyelashes!. whats the point of those!? to keep little particles of dust and other stuff out of our eyes!. i'm sure it's the same with pubic hair because it is right over another opening in our body!. places with openings are more susceptible to getting infected from outside things!. soooooo we have pubic hair to protect our genitals!. weird!? but trueWww@Answer-Health@Com
just guessing, but I would say it is an adaptation for when it gets cold and you want to have sex!. It keeps your boy warm, which is important because sperm will die if it getst to cold and its harder to get an erection when your cold!. Also, imagine the pain if you get frost bite on that puppy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
to keep things like lint and dirt and dirty air out of your system!. haha im guessing actually!. but thats why we have nose hair:)
acutally i remember learning this in health!. its to warm the sperm because that naturally makes it easier to reproduce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When human evolved to stand up straight, they change the intercourse position from "male front to female behind" to face to face, so the two public regions rubs and the skin there grows hair to reduce friction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
