Question: Im worried im not getting enough calories!?
i usually take in 1200-1300 a day!.
i workout, around 50 minutes, monday, wendsday ad friday!.
sunday i usually run or bike!. on the days inbetween, its not uncommon for me to do 100 or so pushupsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need way more calories then that:you burn more then you take in and will go skinny if you keep this up:I'd had a nutrionist look at it:she recommends 2000 cal a day!.

Are you losing weight rapidly!? If not you are okay and with the exercise if trying to lose you should about 2 - 3 lbs a week!. If you are losing rapidly you are totally over doing it and need to eat more to compensate for the burn with all the exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are working out strenuously!. To maintain your weight, if you are of average height and male, you would need around 1900 calories per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
