to build musle the best weight you can possibly have is your whole body!. get a pull up bar and do pull ups!. Do push ups using a chair instead of having your feet on the ground!.
in each workout do 5 sets of 10!. train every other day because if you work out everyday your musles will be really warn out, to warn out to work out the next day!.
you can eat enything you want but eat it in small portions!.after every workout drink one glass of milk!.
