Lay off foods that ain't good for you!. This would be stuff like junk food and fast food!.
Eat foods high in protein like chicken, fish, etc!.
Do some cardio exercise!. This would be like runnin, ridin bike, swimmin, stuff where you have to keep exercising for a long period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay away from junk food!! And stay away from bread cause that turns to sugar and stores as fat and ABSOLUTELY NO sodas and anything that has HIGH FRUCTOSE!! THAT IS SUPER BAD FOR YOUR BODY!! This is what I did and I dropped 10 pounds quick without exercise!. And do not eat late at night!. I hoped I helped you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
do exercice 30 minutes a day but constantly youll see results in a month , a month and a half!. you ll see that it ll become easier and easier if you do it constantly!. watch what you eat and drink!.
