I know it cos I have done it!. Dont give up initially, cos it will make you very sore!. You may not even be able to move your hands!. So increase the number gradually!.
The first day I tried push ups, I did HALF!.!.!. yeah!.
I got down but could not push myself up!.
So I started at an angle, what I mean is instead of keeping my hand on the floor, I chose a higher position, like a chair or a bed!.
This makes it easier, I could do about 5 then moved to 10 in about 2 days!. after a week of doing it at a higher position when I could do about 20, I tried on the floor and could do about 7!.
Then just gradually increase it everyday!.
Now I do about 50 everyday!.!.!. and I love it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That'll make you a lot stronger, and work out those pecs just waiting to show!.
I recommend doing 15 pushups, then rest for 20 seconds, then 14 push ups, then rest for 20 seconds, then 13 and rest, and so on and so fourth, until you're only doing 1!.
Do that once in the morning, and once at night, for about 2-3 weeks, and your man-boobs will go away so fast that you'll start to miss em!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
