Indeed it is very possible BUT, this has very little to do with the prostate and mosly to do with the brain (and nerve endings)!. FYI -- orgasm can occur even in the absence of an erection and ejaculation!. This is THE key reason why satisfactory sexual function can be restored to most men after prostate cancer treatment involving surgery or radiotherapy!.
