So just wait my friend, ask a girl you like to the movies, then when you are there, put your arm around her n if she puts her head on your shoulder just lift her chin very lightly and kiss her passionately but lightly!.

Jokes, aside, it's not abnormal for boys to not have kissed at 13, I have a friend (Sorta) who hasn't kissed in his whole life, and he's 16 (Though I don't blame anyone for not kissing him, he's a prat)
