If a man has a vasectomy, does he have to have it reversed to be able to retriev!

Question: If a man has a vasectomy, does he have to have it reversed to be able to retrieve sperm for a baby!?
My brother is wanting to have a child with his wife!. He had the vasectomy years ago and they are using a surrogate mom , due to her not being able to carry to term!. The surrogate mom is her sister!. So does he need to find a Doctor to reverse or is there another way to retrieve the sperm!? Thanks for your input!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
TESE (google it) is a method that works better than reversal!. True the success rate is much higher than reversal!. But the success rate is still low!.

Keep in mind that reversal is a very expensive, and very long (3 hour surgery)!. It is only successful about 30% of the time!. Doctors scew there numbers and claim 85% success because vasecomty reversal is a very profitable business!.

I am sorry to inform you, but the chances that you are going to be an aunte again are very slim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
