Does frequent masturbation affect sexual performance?!
Question: Does frequent masturbation affect sexual performance!?
well uh!.!.!.a friend of mine wants to know!.!.!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Of course it does! How could it not!?
A lot of men masturbate before having sex to prolong ejaculation!. I don't mean RIGHT before, but a day to several hours before!. On the other hand (no pun intended), very frequent masturbation will detract from your ability to have and/or maintain erections and will diminish the enjoyment of your climax!. If you are having regular, frequent sex, try to refrain from masturbating and learn delayed orgasm techniques to last a long time and please your partner!.
Sorry to say that this doesn't effect women the same way, as we don't have the refractory period (usually) after orgasm and don't have to have an erection for penetrative sex!.
I know I'm a woman, and you'd think that I wouldn't know that much, but let's just say I have a "friend" too!. ;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
