How does he not know that you know!? If he's ever known that you've seen his member or felt his scrotum, then he has to know!

Yes, he is still fertile!. Just as fertile as any guy!.

--although, if the reason the testicle was removed was tramatic (motorcycle accident, crush, etc!.!.) he may have had leakage of blood into the testicle and anti-sperm antibodies produced, which would cause sterlity!.

Maybe should talk to him about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it will not!. Both the testicals together produce sperm, when one of them stops working or is removed, the other one will make twice as much sperm!. So I wouldn't worry about it!. You shoul have no difficulty having children!. The human body is amazing how it copes with thing sometimes lol!. However, if the accident was a bad one, it may effect his fertility, but the doctor should have told him about that when it happened, so I would just ask the question!.
I hope that helped!.

No, you have no worries there!. My husband was in a terrible motorcycle accident and wound up crushing one of his and it had to be removed when he was a teenager!. We have a beautiful son! He always said that God gave him one to use and one to lose!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One testicle, as long as it is healthy, can produce more than enough sperm!. However, the accident still may have reduced the fertility of your boyfriends testicle, so I would advise him to have a fertility test before you try conceiving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
