Whats the better exercise for....?!


Question: Whats the better exercise for!.!.!.!.!?
btw I'm going to be doing all of these exercises, but I'd like to know which is better, so I would focus more on it

for pressing strength- weighted dips or bench press

for pulling strength- weighted pull up/chin up or bent over barbell rows

for leg strength-squats or leg press

for overall strength- squats or deadliftsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends a lot on your grips,intensity level & form for either, but in general the bench press will get you more strength & build more muscle mass

"for pulling strength- weighted pull up/chin up or bent over barbell rows"

Those are really two different kinds of pulling!. One is horizontal plane pulling & the other is vertical!. You should strive to be strong in both planes of movement so I don't think this is an either/or decision!.

"for leg strength-squats or leg press"

Squats hands down!. Most leg press machines offer a huge mechanical advantage that lets people move a lot of weight, but it doesn't mean much!. Squats put all the work in your hands!. Balance, flexibility & stength are all challenged simultaniously!.

"for overall strength- squats or deadlifts"

Deadlifts!. More hamstring, lower back & spinal erector work, plus the grip work!. Really, the only thing it misses is chest & tri'sWww@Answer-Health@Com
