To add to what has already been said, "wet dreams" are the only way to find out if your body is ready to ejaculate without masturbating or having vaginal, anal, or oral sex!. That being said, there is no reason not to find out by masturbating!. Everyone does it--especially at your age!.
Contrary to what has already been said, masturbating too much cannot cause any physical problems!. It's a normal part of growing up to masturbate a lot during puberty!. The only real worry is that your friends will find out!. Even though it's perfectly normal, people at your age will be quick to tease you about it--even though they are doing it too, so just don't tell them!. That's just the way it is!. Kids are mean!.

From what I've heard here, I think ejaculation is the complete opposite!. When you feel like you're going to ejaculate, it'll feel like you have to urinate while masturbating, but it'll be semen, not urine!. No, it's not possible to urinate and ejaculate, for there is a muslce that closes the bladder after the male gets to a certain point in arousal!.
