Wow!.!.!.!.um no a balloon filled with anything is not only dangerous but it wouldnt feel too real!. If youre nervous about going into a store to buy one you can buy em online!. If buying online is an issue then you're going to have to get creative!. Yeah first idea very bad!. You really can't just make one, it doesn't work well!. If it breaks while your using it then well your in big trouble with your body!.
