Question: I wanna get inot shape by the time school starts!? Any suggestions!?
I've lost a lot of weight since six months ago!. I was 180 and now I'm 150 and I'm around 5'8 in height!. I did a legitimate way too-by jogging each morning and every now and then doing push-ups!. My problem is i still got a pudgy stomach (i want abs) and i still have man boobies!. Any help would be nice!. And school starts in like maybe six weeks or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say a low fat diet, high in protein, lots of cardio, sit-ups, leg lifts and planks (get in a push-up position, only rest on your forearms, try to do this for 2 minutes!. it hurts like heck!) Hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
