Answers:
Testicle trauma is an injury to the testicles like getting hit there with major puking pain resulting in some possible physical damage!.
Even a small abrupt tap to the nutz can cause trauma there, meaning that the body reacts with pain and stress!.
Let yur testicles relax an just do their best job Dude!. You only need to gently check them about once per month!. You don't need to do any squeezing to find changes or lumps!. Keep it up, and you could be the cause of some lumps!
It's OK if the little raised area on each side of the epididymis isn't equal!. There is no perfect balance!. Some Dudes even have one testicle larger than the other!.
Hope that answers what yur looking for Dude
