Question: I have a weird thing on my penis, what is it!?
I have noticed this for a long time!. I am uncircumsised and when I pull my foreskin all the way back, there is a white patch that is keeping part of my foreskin from going all the way back!. I know it isn't frenulum!. Btw no answers telling me to get circumsised!. I have thought about it and even posted aquestion up about it and I decided to not get cut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
