Good question!. With a ever-growing online population, it only makes sense that more people should be handing out drugs!.
I don't have an answer for ya, but when I'm in a pinch for Rx strength hemmorhoid cream, Valtrex, etc!., I often get desparate enough to buy it off the streets!.
I'm also looking for a certain device that bucks, rotates, and undulates spasmodically!. It's for personal use, but at the industrial strength level I'm accustomed to, I fear I may need a note from a doctor in order to obtain one!.
