There is no absolute time before you can masturbate again, but it is best to wait at least until all the sutures (stitches) are out at around 10 days!. (If they don't dissolve by themselves within 14 days you should get them removed as they will have done their job and now simply cause additional inflammation!.)
You may wish to wait until the scabs have fallen off the scar line naturally as you don't want to disturb them whilst the new skin is developing underneath!.

You have to wait about 2-4 weeks!. The reason being that you are still healing and you dont want to tear open the circumcision wound!. First thing to be careful of is to make sure that the stitches and all the remnants of any stitches are gone!. I waited about three weeks!. I would say wait until your stitches all come out!.!.!.and BE CAREFUL!. If it hurts at all when you do it, stop!. I had it done over the summer!. The places where the stitches were is the problem:the skin can tear there!.But with some lube and soft handling go for it!.
