Masturbation and tremors ques? ?!

Question: Masturbation and tremors ques!? !?
Gyz, this is a very serious ques!. Plz dont laugh!. i have been an excessive masturbator since last 8 years!. I just loved it!. But now I have built tremors (shakiness) in my legs and hands!. I just have so much weakness and sweat all the time for no reason!. I can;t stand on my legs for more than 15 mins!. This is leading to social anxiety disorder and I am very upset!. Tremors are very embarssing and I have lost pretty much all my confidence!. I did quit masturbation about 2 months ago and still no improvement!. It was extremely hard to quit but somehow I managed and quit!. But now how can I cure my tremors and build energy and gain my confidence!. Should I go on a special diet!? I am a vegan btw!. Should I take any herbs!? Should I do exercises/ yoga!? Plz be serious while answering this ques cuz my life is in jeopardy!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it's because u were over-masturbating without replacing what u lose!. you lose protein by masturbating but u don't eat meat to replace what u've lost so your body tries to replace that protein lost by getting protein from breaking down your muscles to fulfill your body needs!.
being a vegan also makes u eat food that lacks many vitamins especially vitamin B12 which is important for your nerves so this may also account for your weakness, weak nerves (neuropathy) lead to weak muscles!.
I recommend you eat some meat especially liver- chicken is also very rich in protein!. try some eggs as well!. this will rapidly replace your protein loss and vitamin deficiencies!. plants are very poor in protein and some vitamins like B12 so u really need to obtain them from animal diet!.
Believe me, u will lead a better life when u eat meat, masturbate freely and still be healthy and strong rather than being a vegan and quit masturbation for 2 months and still be weak!.
note: over-masturbating also may lead to tremors but these tremors disappear within a few days to a week or two after quitting, not persist for 2 months
another note: if u're having other problems like sleep disorders, nervousness, weight loss, increased appetite, pulse is more than 90 beats per minute or inability to tolerate heat then this may be a hyperactive thyroid gland!. you will need to see an endocrinologistWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'll take a shot at this!. Maybe You need more protein to help rebuild something within in You that vegatables might not be able to do!. Also, exercising is needed to help maintain your body especially as You age!. For example Bacon (meat) can actually give You strength to increase muscle tone and can actually make You physically stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, I can guarantee you it's not from masturbating!.
People all over the world have full blown sex all their lives practically, and they don't have shaky legs!.

You should probably consult a doctor, in all seriousness!.
It doesn't sound right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I value you being a vega!. But, mabye thats not a good idea!. If you start eating meat then you will gain a tremendous ammount of energy!. You will start to feel very well and get rid of tremors please trust me, eat some meat! who knows!.!.!.you might even start masturbating again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

what the hell do weak legs have to do with masturbation!?
go to a doctor and tell them your legs have been really weak!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you think this is connected to masturbation!?!

It sounds like you should go to a doctor, it might be something lacking in your diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Same as the others here, you need to see a doctor!. Either start with your primary care doctor or see a neurologist - right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maby it has to do with something else, like your physic, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you have parkinson's or diabetes!. It may have nothing to do with masturbation!. See a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
