Im not wanting to go out and spend lots of money so i can get a 6 pack, all im wanting to know is what types of exercises could i do to get it!?

Declined push ups!. i!.e!. push ups with your feet elevated on a low table, step or a swiss ball!. This position requires an amazing amount of abdominal control with the added benefit of upper body strengthening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
crunches barely work!. they'll work, but it's the longest road you could take!.
buy a bosu and a medicine ball!. go on youtube for a detailed explanation on what exercises to do!.

lol well u should do some cardio to get warmed up and do 50 crunches 50 situp's 50 crunches- 50 situps every morning and then at night then u mite also wanna do more every weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups are good, also you may want to get an exercise ball and do crunches on that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
