If I eat like this every day will I gain weight?!


Question: If I eat like this every day will I gain weight!?
I am 6'2" and weighed 331 this morning!. My waist is close to 60" and has been growing since August when I had a 50" waist and weighed 300!. I think today is going to be a typical eating day for me!. Breakfast - 3 donuts, 2 eggs, sausage, ham, bacon and toast!. Early lunch - large burrito, two baskets of chips and two cokes!. Snack - large cookie!. Second snack - double cheeseburger and large shake!. Dinner - meatloaf, potatoes, vegetables!. Desert - 4 cookies!. I did not feel like I was overeating or stuffing myself but was very full after each meal!. At the end of the day I had put on 5 pounds!. I know the food will settle and I may weigh less in the morning!. If I keep eating like this I figure I am going to gain weight - who knows how much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You gained 10 inches in only a few months, that's NOT ok!.

Who cares how much weight you're going to put on, you're killing yourself!. A snack is not considered to be a cheeseburger an shake!.!.!. A snack is a couple of pretzels -- like 10 at most!. You shouldn't be full after every meal, especially not after snacks!. My mom used to tell me that you should eat until your first burp!. That's when you know your stomach is contented!. What you are doing is consistently stretching your stomach to eat more and more!.

Exactly why do feel you need to eat so much!?

LOLOL!.!.!.!.this has to be a joke!. WTF do you think will happen!? You are going to lose weight, become Mr!. Universe and have a 6 pack!? I mean serisouly, who the **** eats 3 donuts, 2 eggs, sausage, ham, bacon and toast for breakfast!? That's dunkin donuts and McDonalds breakfast menus combined!. Keep eating like this and the only 6 pack close to you is the liquor store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you cut about 200 calories or one of those donuts and walk at a moderate pace for about 30 min a day a man of your size should start to melt the weight of rly quickly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Really!? I don't think its hard to see that your body is already holding onto all the extra calories you are consuming!.
Count your calories for each meal during the day, I bet you eat more calories at lunch then I do all day!.!.!. including my snacks!. I'm 5'10 170lb and eat around 1200-1500 per day and enjoy every bit of it!. I know counting calories is kind of old school dieting, but I'm not saying you should start doing a low cal diet, but its just a good way of putting things in perspective!.

Its hard to break a bad eating habit once your body gets used to it!. The important thing is that you can still enjoy food without being physically addicted to it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing first, you are eating way to much!. The goal when you eat isn't to get full your eating to supply nutrients and minerals and energy to your body!. Five pounds just doesn't disappear over night you have to work the weight off not sleep it off!. You should eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and maybe a small snack in the middle of the day at three or after dinner!. Pop is completely unnecessary if you desperately need caffeine because your addicted then drink coffee instead!. Try eating by the nutrition pyramid and read the nutrition facts on the food you buy!. The only way you are going to lose weight is by exercising try getting a personal trainer if you can at the YMCA!. You will never lose weight if you don't exercise enough!.
