I go to the gym, but I need tips on how I can get stronger outside of the gym as well!? The right food I could eat to build up my strength even more or practical things I can do to get stronger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You got it, Bubba! No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda's!. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including lots of boiled or steamed vegetables!. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & fat free milk!. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies!. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner!. Avoid stress at school, work & home!. Flip your mattress over so it will level out to give you a good nite's rest!. Get 8 hours sleep!. Be sure to eat a good breakfast every day!. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal!. Within 90 days you will be amazed!. But, you must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvlements - or - it aint gonna happen!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lean meat :chicken egs and protein will help you to gain more muscles!.
You can go running,jogging,biking or swimming!.
