Question: I want to gain weight quickly!?
Answers:
Drink a cup of milk every hour!. It adds up quickly, especially if its whole milk!.
Awake for 16 hours = 16 cups of milk!.
150 x 16 = 2400 calories!. Ok, that may not be realistic, financially speaking, but if you can afford it, I don't see why it wouldn't work!.

Btw, the weight you gain will pretty much all be fat if you don't workout!. It'll probably all be fat regardless actually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories!. But still stay healthy!. And Don't exercise as hard or as much!. There's also some powder or nutrition bars that help you gain weight and bulk up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
