The answer is different for every male.
I know of men who grew taller after they were in their 20s and I know of males who didn't get taller after they were 14. Those cases are relatively rare, with most males reaching full height by age 17-19 or so, but your question doesn't have a specific answer for males in general.
Height increases taper down to almost nothing after 17, and with rare exception are done by 18. After that you still grow, but not taller.
