I found syringes in my boyfriends luggage.?!

Question: I found syringes in my boyfriends luggage.?
My boyfriend is almost 48, he is quite a bit older than me. I was looking for something and bumped into a bunch of syringes and replacement needles in one of his overnight bags. He is very physically active, martial arts, Muay Thai, weight lifting, etc.... He has been working out basically his whole life, since he was 16 I think. We both workout 5x a week. We have not been dating that long so we are still getting to know eachother. I had no idea he was using hormones real or synthetic..

So my question is.. what the HELL are the needles for, HGH or steroids? What are the risks/dangers of HGH for an older man? I was looking at symptoms for both and do not think it's steroids since he doesn't have any acne on his body and that seems to be a huge side effect for riod users.

Please any help would be great. Thanks.

perhaps he got diabetes?

Why don't you just ask, if they were steroids and he had been on them for a while you would notice changes in his attitude and body obviously. With his age it could be insulin shots, maybe he had diabetes and doesn't want to tell you because of his guy pride and he just wants you to think he is strong and healthy so you wont worry. There is also the possibility of drugs but idk someone as active as you say he is, seems like he wouldn't want to ruin all his hard work for a high.

RNA,
The type of syringes you described are not used for diabeties. They are used for injecting other substances, usually intra-muscular, or intra-vieniously. If you like this guy enough to take a trip with him somewhere, or to sleep with him, then you should be able to ask him what they are for.
He might also be using something like Caverject for ED the requires direct penile injection. Either way, just ask.

Well he is probably using steroids, but in any case I would dump him and find someone who is not on drugs.

hes shooting heroin.

If he's your boyfriend, you should be able to just come out and ask him that question. If you were snooping, shame on you.

Why not ask him? Both of you are not kids. But think he is not addicted to drugs.

It IS possible for him to have diabetes. Try talking to him about it. If he is doing drugs try to help him out of the habit and stand by his side as both a friend and his girlfriend.
