How to get thicker legs & butt?!


Question: How to get thicker legs & butt?
i am 16. i was in soccer this year and now that my season is over i lost a lot of weight in my legs, 15 pounds!! i am now a size 0, i used to be a size 3 and 5. sadly, now i feel self concious because i am hispanic & i used to have nice legs & a thick butt, but now my butt is flat:/
what can i do to get my legs and butt back
btw, i stopped running for a month now & still no results, i still have chicken legs
PLEASE HELP, any suggestion will do, & a little boosting comment or advice would be nice too.

i'd suggest to try working out your lower body. squats are one of the best if not the best exercise for both your legs and your butt. other good exercises are lunges, and if you can get to a gym, the leg press. specifically for your butt, you should search up how to do glute kickbacks, they only work your butt muscles. if you work out your leg and butt muscles, they will look toned, and very shapely (in a good way). don't stop running btw, running is also good for your lower body. to make it target your legs a butt a bit more, try running on an incline (uphill or on a treadmill with an incline), and running up stairs works wonders as well. your butt will come back being toned and firm, idk if that's what you want, but i think its nice! :P

here are some leg mass exercises

- squats
- leg presses
- lunges (with dumbells)
- stiff legged deadlifts
- machine hack squats
- one legged squats

you also need to eat a lot more high quality calories and protein than you already are
