Question: I think my scale is broken?
i eat fairly healthyly too as im trying to lose weight so i didnt eat a ton in between. does this make sense to anyone? or is the scale messed up

It's best to weigh yourself each day at the same time every day (such as the morning) and keep a chart, because there may be some day-to-day fluctuations, but you should be able to see an overall pattern over time.
You may have gained muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat.
And, you shouldn't weigh yourself everyday. Weight fluctuates normally at different times in the day. Its completely normal. Try to weigh yourself only once or twice a week.
