Question: Is there any way I could surgically get extra testicles?
I know 2 is all that nature intended for, but I just want MORE. Yes, this is a legitimate question, and I want legitimate answers, because I heard the only other way to get extra testicles was by buying a Ferd F-teenthousand. But I am legally not allowed to own 8 tanks, as I am a civilian. Any way about the surgery, is it possible?

I'm sure it could be done, if you fished one out of a dead guy or something, or salvaged it from some 'operation' lol but your body would probably rejected it, and why on earth would you put yourself through such pain if it wouldn't benefit you in any way?
