my upper back sticks out way more than my lower back, hence my posture is bad al!
Question: My upper back sticks out way more than my lower back, hence my posture is bad also. How can I fix this?
I do a full body workout, 3-4 times a week for an hour or so. Only thing I have from the progress I made is my pecs. I don't lean when i walk, i walk/sit standing up straight. so what am I doing wrong that makes my upper back look bulky and my lower back so small. how can I fix this?

It sounds like you need more then a workout, try going to a chiropractor, they will know what is wrong with your back. Good luck to you.
52 yrs old and use chiropractor most of my adult yrs.
Take a look at this advice sheet about posture from the British Chiropractic Association: http://bit.ly/ffBEfO
