Lift free these three lifts:
DB Bench Press
DB Incline Press
DB Flyes
Do reps 12, 10, 8, 6
This is a start. It will help you get along to where you need to be over a short time, then you will change it up.
Bench press works for me. Use plenty of weight and slowly do the benchpresses. Take your time doing the bench presses, do not use momentum to make it easier, that just defeats the object of it :)
