Whoa! 6 peanut butter sandwiches? That's a lot of carbs, starches and fats!
A balanced meal should look something more like this:
1 peanut butter sandwich, a banana, 3 carrots and 3 pieces of celery, a cup of yogurt and a TON of water before AND after you've worked out.
Try to always eat something from each food group... NOT a ton of just one.
Of course you can always heighten or lower the amount of food you eat based on how hungry you are... But you never want to eat more calories than you can burn off in a day!
Very simply put - eat plenty of carbs before and lots of protein after wards.
