I take it that when you say gaining weight you mean gaining body fat.
Yeah it sounds like a good meal as far as nutrients and protien but it just seems like it's a random selection of food rather than a meal. However if it works for you.
The only thing I would change is the bread. You really want to be eating whole wheat breads not wheat or whole grain breads. Those tend to be high in sugar.
